Earth Day Grounding Practice
At Riveredge, we believe that nature is an essential partner in fostering mindfulness and connection. Our spring yoga programs are crafted to inspire a deep sense of well-being and harmony with the natural world. Meditate on seasonal themes of Discovery & New Growth while yoga instructor, Mary Addy, leads a beginner/intermediate-friendly yoga flow.
This special Earth Day Ground Practice will include 45 minutes of yoga and 45 minutes of outdoor grounding and mindfulness practices.

Milwaukee Riverkeeper Spring River Cleanup
Milwaukee Riverkeeper is hosting their Annual Spring Cleanup!
Milwaukee Riverkeeper provides the gloves, trash bags, and amazing FREE T-SHIRTS. YOU provide the people power to pick up the interesting and sometimes bizarre trash that finds its way into our beautiful river system. Together, we can help restore our waterways.
WHERE: More than 80 locations across the Milwaukee River Basin!
SAFETY: We’re doing our best to make our rivers healthy, so it’s important for us to also care for the health of our communities at the same time. Be sure to wear gloves and sunscreen! Wash your hands and don’t forget to bring a water bottle, cleaning up is hard work!
