The end of the year is a great time to give thanks for all the good in one’s life, and one thing we couldn’t be more thankful for is the amazing community of members who make Riveredge thrive. That’s why each Winter Solstice, we invite our members to Yule Log, three nights of festive entertainment where we can share the bounty of another fantastic year at Riveredge, celebrate the return of winter, and thank our members for all they do.
There are two different Yule Log experiences for 2021.
FRIDAY & SATURDAY: Feast on Yule Log stew made over a campfire with Riveredge organically grown root vegetables and sustainably raised beef. After dinner, light your candle lanterns and venture out together for a hunt for the Yule Log somewhere on the Riveredge land. End the evening with the annual cutting of the log, warm drinks, carols by the campfire, and maybe even a visit from Father Winter himself.
Each night, the program begins at 5:30 and ends around 8:00/8:30 PM. Price for all membership levels is $25/adult, $15/child, 3 years and under are free.
SUNDAY: Have young children or want to skip the indoor dining? Then Sunday is for you! The Sunday Yule Log Hunt is the outdoor portion of the program only. We’ll gather in the yard next to the Barn at Riveredge, light our candlelit lanterns, and start directly with the traditional Yule Log hunt. We’ll end with warm drinks, carols, a campfire, and Father Winter.
The program begins at 4:00 and ends around 5:30 PM. Price is $5/person for All Access member, $10/person for Trail Pass Members, and $15/person for non members.
