Yoga Mini-Retreat Day

Inspired by the return of spring, we’ll shake off the dust of our winter slumber and re-energize our bodies, minds and spirits with this full day mini yoga retreat. Morning and afternoon yoga sessions are open to all levels of yoga practitioners – each class is skillfully designed so you can work at your own level and participate fully. Just bring an open mind, open heart and your yoga mat! Lunch is not included. (Please no major injuries or conditions without instructor approval).
