Yoga and Forest Bathing
Build your resilience and take control of your mental and physical health by honoring a moment for yourself to practice power yoga and mindfulness at Riveredge Nature Center. Join Samantha Lammers, of SOYO Studios, as we infuse movement and mindfulness. We will begin with a 45 minute heat building flow, followed by 45 minutes of walking meditation through the forest.
