Winter Yoga & Mindfulness Retreat with SOYO Yoga Studio
Stretches, Warmth, and Intention Setting for the New Year. Join us for a morning of heat-building yoga in front of a crackling woodstove, followed by setting personal visions for the new year over herbal tea. This recognition of time passing is an influential moment to tap into the beauty of the world around us. Reconnecting with our own bodies and breath allow us to become one with nature and each other. Join Samantha Lammers, of SOYO Studios, and Riveredge Environmental Educator Pam Uihlein, as we infuse movement and mindfulness with hands-on nature exploration.
Bring your own mat and blanket, or use extras provided by SOYO. Stay for a nourishing lunch- salad & veggie chili.
