Fall is the perfect time to slow things down and to spend some time reconnecting breath and body! In this slow-flow vinyasa we will begin to wind down our bodies as we concentrate on making time for change and relaxation in our minds. Props are not needed for this flow but will be provided by SOYO to ensure any individual can participate. Meet at the West Parking Lot at Riveredge as our practice will be held among the autumn prairie in Connie’s Classroom. Pre-registration suggested, Space is limited.
