FULL: Shiitake Mushroom Cultivation Workshop

Love gourmet mushrooms and want to learn how to grow your own? Join us at Riveredge’s organic farm and learn about edible mushroom cultivation and help with every step of the process to inoculate hardwood logs with Shiitake mushroom spawn. You’ll leave with an inoculated Shittake log to take home with you!

Program Fee: $35 (non-member), $30 (member). Pre-registration is required.

Cancellation Policy: Registrant will be refunded 75% of registration fee if cancellation occurs up to 7 days (1 week) before the program.  Any cancellations within 7 days of the program will not be refunded unless the program is cancelled by Riveredge staff.
