Science for Everyone: Organic Gardening with Angela Restor

Angela Restor is the executive director at Wellspring, an organic farm, educational center, and retreat destination located in Newburg, WI. She is passionate about teaching the community how to eat and grow healthy food, as well as creating sustainable food systems. Gardening is a great way to feed your family without worrying about chemicals.  For those who do not have space, container gardening is a another alternative.  It’s not too early to start thinking about it!  January is a great time to begin planning your garden, ordering seeds and more.
