Join Scott Nehring, a member of the Northern Cross Science Foundation, to learn about the constellations we can expect to see in the summer night sky. Visible planets, moon phases and other astrological events will also be discussed. Stick around after dark to see Jupiter and its moons, as well as, Saturn and its rings through Scott’s telescope or bring your own binoculars to see the evening sky close up.

Science for Everyone is a monthly lecture series sponsored by Riveredge and the Friends of LacLawrann Conservancy and the UWM Field Station. The series covers a wide range of topics including natural history, science, public policy and the environment. The programs are for the curious of any age and are open to the public. The lectures will both educate and entertain.
