This program will be a feast for your mind and your appetite! Join Chef Terri in creating delicious, easy-to-make recipes for beginner chefs and utilize healthy, fresh ingredients in the kitchen.
In this session, we’re going to celebrate National Eat Outside Day and the bounty of our August garden–tomatoes! In the summer kitchen we’ll create picnic-worthy dishes like summer tomato pasta, mid-summer Italian bread salad, stuffed mini-tomatoes, and home-made salsa. We’ll finish up with a surprise dessert.
This program is limited to children 8-12 only, adults sit this one out to let their young chefs learn how to whip up a storm! Please be prepared to share any food allergies your child may have.
