As the bounty of harvest season is upon us, many people are struggling to eat one more cucumber fresh or are tempted to sprinkle berries on just about anything! Join us for an evening of simple food preservation, so that you can extend the freshness and foods of the summer harvest longer into the fall. Participants will learn the basics of food preservation and put their new skills into practice as we whip up some quick pickles and a sweet freezer jam to take home at the end of the workshop. Containers provided.
