Maple Syrup Supper (March 4 & 5)

Help kick off the Maple Sugarin’ Season at Riveredge! Join us for a much anticipated member tradition – the Maple Syrup Supper. Hear the sugarin’ report from the Big Sap himself, tap your feet to live music and enjoy a dinner featuring lots, but not too much, of Mother Nature’s tastiest ingredient, maple syrup.
You are invited to an old-fashioned maple syrup supper, a special Riveredge event for members and their guests!
The menu includes maple glazed pork chops, maple roasted Riveredge squash with thyme, balsamic -glazed roasted red and golden Riveredge beets, spinach salad with maple Dijon vinaigrette, bread with maple butter, chunky apple sauce and assorted maple dessert bars!
