This program will be a feast for your mind and your appetite! Join Chef Terri in creating delicious, easy-to-make recipes for beginner chefs and utilize healthy, fresh ingredients in the kitchen.
Join Chef Terri in celebrating creative campfire recipes for our young chefs. For this session, we’ll talk about fire safety, as well as learn how to make simple firestarters and roasting sticks. We’ll utilize a variety of cooking techniques to make campfire corn-on-the-cob, octopus hot dogs, camper’s mac & cheese, and grilled fruit kebabs. We’ll finish off with delicious campfire monkey bread–yum!!
This program is limited to children 8-12 only, adults sit this one out to let their young chefs learn how to whip up a storm! Please be prepared to share any food allergies your child may have.
COST: Non-Members: $25 per participant, Riveredge Members: $15 per participant
