DIY Prairie Academy Class 2: Site Assessment and Resources for Establishing a Prairie

You’ve read the catalogs, attended workshops, and jealously watched your best friend’s prairie bloom, but you’re still not sure where to begin. Start here now with the! In this hands-on class, you will assess your site, choose your plants, visualize, and design your dream prairie, be it a flower bed or a 2 acre field. In order to design a prairie landscape, we need to know what our site will support. We’ll learn to assess many aspects of our site as well as consider personal choices and neighbors, too.

Fee: $20 per class, $54 for the 3-class series
