Riveredge Nature Center is participating in Chalk the State, a project to color the state with the creative energy of Wisconsin – one sidewalk at a time. Whether you’re a trained artist or just someone who enjoys being creative, we invite you to draw your message using chalk on the pavement at Riveredge Nature Center. If you’ve got your own chalk available, please bring it to use. We will have some chalk on-hand.
Participants should have a mask on-hand for instances that may take place working next to other families in close proximity. This is a drop-in mostly unguided activity, participants are welcome to come and go at will.
The Riveredge Visitor’s Center will be open with water bottle filling station and restrooms. Mask is required for entry to the building.
This program is free to participate; if attendees who are not members wish to hike, paying the trail fee is required.
