We have been hibernating for the last few months in our wonderful state of Wisconsin. Let’s renew and revitalize our habits and expectations for the season of spring! We will have a seasonal yoga awakening practice in the morning and create a sacred inner space with a self-care practice and meditation to end our workshop. Be sure to bring your mat, any props you may need and a water bottle. Tea will be available and a delicious lunch served by Daily’s (http://www.dailybakingcompany.com/) is included!
Led by Debbie Leonard, a Hatha Yoga instructor at CrossFit Inspiring Fitness and Zuzu Pedals of Port Washington, this workshop will be designed so anyone from from beginner to advanced yoga practitioner can join in and reap the benefits! Please wear comfortably loose clothing, bring a mat (some will be available), and a blanket. You may also want to bring a pillow or cushion to sit on.
Lunch Menu: Veggie sandwich on multigrain bread (zero butter/animal products), beet salad, and granola bite dessert.
Cost: $65 (Non-member), $55 (Member). Pre-registration by March 14 required.
Cancellation Policy: Registrant will be refunded 75% of registration fee if cancellation occurs up to 7 days (1 week) before the program. Any cancellations within 7 days of the program will not be refunded unless the program is cancelled by Riveredge staff.
