Stretches, Warmth, and Self Care. Join us for a morning of heat building yoga that will help shake the chill from our bones. Set your intentions for the New Year while relaxing over hot tea. Stay for a light lunch of mixed green salad & winter squash soup after our practice. Access to 10 miles of snowshoe and cross country ski trails included with registration for participants to relax and connect with the season’s beauty.
Sheboygan based yoga instructor, Samantha Lammers, will lead us in our practice, and has designed the program to be accessible to new and longtime yoga fans alike! Participants ages 16+ are invited.
Fees: All Access -$30.00/person, Trail Pass- $35.00/person, Non-members- $40.00/person
- This winter workshop will be held in the Riveredge Barn- a heated space with charming old-time touches.
- While a number of mats will be provided, we encourage you to bring your own if you have one.
- Our lunch will be vegetarian. Feel free to bring something to share or your own lunch should your dietary needs require you to do so.
- Essential Oils maybe used during this workshop.
