Spring is a season of renewal and regrowth. Beginner and Power level Yogis are invited to celebrate spring and grow towards a stronger self over this 4 week session. We’ll meet every other week, so participants are invited to sign up for all 4 weeks or just one class at a time. Feeling a little extra spring fever? Come for Power Yoga at 8:45am and stay for beginners session at 10:00am, for 2 full hours of spring time stretches. Sessions will be led by Sam from SOYO yoga out of Ootsburg, WI.
