We can’t think of a better group to celebrate the start of the maple sugarin’ season with than our awesome members! We have two options for this great night of fun- Friday, March 2 and Saturday, March 3. On both nights, the festivities will start at 5:30 PM.
Members (and any guests they’d like to bring with them!) are invited to eat, drink, and be merry while learning more about the sugaring season.
On the menu: A delicious feast featuring just the right infusion of maple syrup with each dish. This year’s menu includes:
- Maple Baked Pork Loin Roast
- Roasted Potatoes (from Riveredge’s Garden)
- Maple Roasted Beets (from Riveredge’s Garden) and Carrots
- Tossed Green Salad with walnuts and craisins (with a Creamy Maple Balsamic Dressing or Maple Syrup Dressing)
- Vanilla Ice Cream topped with Maple Granola and a drizzle of maple syrup
Bottoms up: Your first beer, wine, or soda is on us!
Get those toes tapping: One of our favorite bands, Embedded Reporter will be on hand to play their unique blend of folk, blues, country, and more.
Show off your smarts: This year’s Suppers are a chance to kick off a year of 50th Anniversary celebrations right, so we’ll be hosting a special mini pub-style trivia competition featuring questions on Riveredge history, nature knowledge, and maple sugarin’ trivia. Compete for glory and maple sugarin’ prizes!
Dinner and a show: After dinner, join us for a special night-time visit to the evaporator to see where and how all the maple magic happens!
We want this to be a real party, so we’re encouraging members to invite their non-member friends to join them in the celebration as a great introduction to Riveredge and the sugaring season. If bringing guests, please register them under your own account so we can make sure everyone is coming at the invite of our members.
Cost: Adults: $20, Children (12 and under): $10, Children (3 and under): free, but please indicate if they will need a seat.
Online registration is closed.
