The Riveredge Hiking Club: June
Sunday, June 6, 7:30pm - Twilight Hike at Harrington Beach Park
The Twilight Hike will be lead by Elaine Nulph and Mark Jacoby. This will be a lovely walk through the trails at Harrington Beach taking about 2 hours. Harrington Beach is at 531 Hwy D, Belgium. This is free park day so a park sticker isn't necessary. Fee: Free

Monday, July 5, 6pm - The Ice Age Trail West Bend Segment going north of Hwy 33
The distance will vary from 2 to 5 miles. This portion of the Trail runs from Hwy 33 to Hwy D which is 7 miles one way. We'll hike approximately one hour out and one hour back. This is a hilly area. After the hike we could have a nice snack from Culvers. We will meet at Culvers, but you'll need to park in the OLD Pick N Save lot, just to the left of Culvers, 2380 W. Washington, West Bend . This is about .3 miles west of 45, or first right turn after the 45 overpass. Fee: Free plus cost of snack.

Sunday, August 8, 8:30am - Kohler-Andrae State Park in Sheboygan
Kohler-Andrae is one of the last natural preserves along the Lake Michigan Shore. The hike lead by Elaine Nulph will be about 6 miles.
Directions: Take I-43 to V/OK (Waldo) exit. Go east on V about two miles. Where V turns Left (North) go straight ahead on Beach Park Lane, the park entrance road. Go to the Nature Center which is the north end of the parking lot. Fee: Free.

Tuesday, August 24, 7pm to Full Moon
Hiking the trails at Riveredge just as the full moon is rising - a fine way to spend an evening. Meet at the Center. Fee: Free
Riveredge Hiking Club: September
Saturday, September 11 (rain date, Sunday, September 12)
A joint adventure between Riveredge and Sierra Club's Great Water's Group. A simple, in-the-field approach to basic navigation with map and compass (+ GPS if you have one). A full day's hike/instruction. Meet at 9:27am at Greenbush Trails (possibility of carpool(s) from Riveredge/Milwaukee area). Saturday preferred unless bad weather predicted or to accommodate an overflow number of participants. Contact leader early to receive paperwork via snail mail ($3). Maximum of 8 participants/day. Sunday, October 24 at 3pm, Southern Holy Hill Segment
I couldn't think of a more colorful hike for October than the Holy Hill area. This promises to be a hilly 3-4 mile hike with beautiful views. We will be hiking the area Shannon Rd to Donegal Rd. Park at the Holly Hill Trails Parking and picnic area. Take St. Rd 167 going west 7.3 miles. At Stations Way Rd. turn left and go south 0.1 miles to parking area.
