Download and complete an application form and mail it to Riveredge Nature Center, P.O. Box 26, Newburg, WI 53060.

One form per camper.  Sign up more than one child, or one child in multiple camps, and get a 10% discount off your camp fees.  Send all forms together to receive discount.

Note:  Summer Campers receive a tee-shirt.  Please indicate size on registration form (Yxs, Ys, Ym, Yl, As, Am, Al).
